Pecan Honey Ricotta Bruschetta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bruschetta Base

01 - 1 French baguette, sliced into ¼-inch slices
02 - ¼ cup olive oil

→ Ricotta Mixture

03 - 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
04 - 1/8 tsp salt

→ Toppings

05 - 2 cups pecan pieces
06 - 3 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
07 - 1/8 tsp coarse black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Drizzle the baguette slices with olive oil and toast both sides in a pan.
02 - Combine ricotta cheese and salt in a bowl and mix until smooth.
03 - Spread the ricotta mixture onto each toasted baguette slice.
04 - Top with pecans, fresh basil, coarse black pepper, and drizzle with honey.
