Pepperoni Pizza Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tbsp melted butter.
02 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
03 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning.
04 - 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough.
05 - 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
06 - 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices.
07 - Marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Take each biscuit and flatten it into a small circle using your hands or rolling pin.
03 - Put some mozzarella and pepperoni in the middle of each dough circle.
04 - Fold the edges up and around the filling to make a ball, pinching edges tight to seal.
05 - Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
06 - Brush each dough ball with the seasoned butter mixture.
07 - Put the balls on the baking sheet with sealed side down and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
08 - Serve hot with marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Fill with chicken or veggies instead of pepperoni if you like.
02 - Make sure to seal edges well to prevent leaks.
03 - Can freeze unbaked bombs for up to 2 months.
04 - Try different dipping sauces like ranch or garlic butter.
05 - Don't overfill or they might burst while baking.
