Heat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Take each biscuit and flatten it into a small circle using your hands or rolling pin.

Put some mozzarella and pepperoni in the middle of each dough circle.

Fold the edges up and around the filling to make a ball, pinching edges tight to seal.

Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.

Brush each dough ball with the seasoned butter mixture.

Put the balls on the baking sheet with sealed side down and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
