In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, onion, green bell pepper, garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until ingredients are well incorporated.

Press half of the meat mixture into the bottom of a standard loaf pan. Layer half of the provolone cheese, mushrooms, green onions, and roasted red peppers over the meat base.

Top with remaining meat mixture and press firmly to seal the edges, ensuring filling remains enclosed.

Bake for 1 hour, or until internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).

Remove from oven, sprinkle remaining provolone cheese over the top, and return to oven for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly golden.
