Pimento Cheese Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese.
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese (cut into cubes, softened to room temperature).
03 - 6 ounces jarred diced pimento peppers (chopped finely if in strips).
04 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise.
05 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard powder.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon sriracha.
10 - Salt, to taste.
11 - Freshly cracked black pepper.
12 - Crackers, for serving.
13 - Fresh veggie sticks, for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl by either using a stand mixer (with the paddle attachment), hand held electric mixer, or mix by hand with a wooden spoon. Blend until the mixture is thoroughly combined, but still has some texture.
02 - Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary. (If you like your dip more spicy, feel free to add in a pinch of cayenne pepper.).
03 - You can serve it right away or cover tightly and chill for 1 hour (or overnight) to allow flavors to develop. Pimento cheese hardens as it chills; so if you do chill it, let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature to soften.
04 - Transfer the mixture to a smaller serving bowl and enjoy with crackers and/or veggie sticks.

# Notes:

01 - Can be served immediately or chilled.
02 - Allow to soften at room temperature if chilled.
03 - Can be used as a dip or sandwich spread.
