01 - 260g frozen pineapple (2 cups)
02 - 80g cooked beets (1/2 cup)
03 - 60g steamed then frozen cauliflower (1/2 cup)
04 - 3 tablespoons collagen peptides
05 - 180ml canned coconut milk (3/4 cup)
06 - 1 tablespoon raw honey
07 - Juice from 1/2 lime

# Directions:

01 - Place all ingredients in blender. Start blending at low speed, gradually increasing until the smoothie achieves a thick, consistent texture.
