Stir in garlic, 80ml pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and crumbled bacon. Mix thoroughly to combine.

Place filling along the center of each tortilla, roll tightly, and arrange seam-side down in a greased baking dish.

Pour 480ml pizza sauce over the rolled tortillas. Top with shredded mozzarella, pepperoni slices, and crumbled bacon.
