Pollo Campero-Style Air Fryer Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon salt.
02 - 4 garlic cloves, minced.
03 - 1/2 tablespoon black pepper.
04 - 1 tablespoon ground cumin.
05 - 2 teaspoons sazón.
06 - 2 teaspoons dried oregano.
07 - Juice of 4 limes.
08 - 8 pieces chicken (4 drumsticks, 4 thighs), skin-on, bone-in.
09 - 2 cups flour.
10 - 1 tablespoon black pepper.
11 - 1 tablespoon adobo.
12 - 1 teaspoon salt.
13 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin.
14 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
15 - Cooking spray.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix salt, garlic, pepper, cumin, sazón, oregano, and lime juice in a bag. Add chicken and coat well. Chill for 1-2 hours.
02 - Combine flour, pepper, adobo, salt, cumin, and cayenne in a bowl.
03 - Remove chicken from marinade, shake off excess. Coat each piece in flour mixture.
04 - Let coated chicken rest on a plate for 10-15 minutes.
05 - Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place chicken in basket, not touching.
06 - Spray chicken with cooking spray. Air fry at 400°F for 20 minutes. Flip, spray again, cook 10-15 minutes until 165°F inside.
07 - Let chicken rest a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite sides.

# Notes:

01 - Cook chicken in batches if needed. Each batch takes 25-30 minutes.
02 - Leftover chicken can be stored in the fridge for 5 days. Reheat in a 300°F oven for 8-10 minutes.
