Pomegranate Bourbon Spritz Cocktail (Print)

Citrusy bourbon and pomegranate cocktail with a sweet, sparkling twist.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 oz bourbon
02 - 1 oz fresh or bottled pomegranate juice
03 - 1 oz fresh-squeezed orange juice
04 - 0.5 oz honey or simple syrup
05 - 3 oz club soda or more to taste
06 - ice cubes
07 - pomegranate arils for garnish
08 - orange slice or twist for garnish

# Directions:

01 - Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add bourbon, pomegranate juice, orange juice, and honey. Shake well for 15 seconds.
02 - Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
03 - Top with club soda and stir gently with a bar spoon. Garnish with pomegranate arils and an orange slice or twist.
