Potato Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 24 oz vanilla almond bark.
02 - 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk.
03 - 1/2 cup prepared instant mashed potatoes.
04 - Sprinkles for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Line 8x8-inch pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
02 - Microwave almond bark in 30-second intervals, stirring until completely melted.
03 - Stir in sweetened condensed milk and prepared instant potatoes.
04 - Transfer mixture to prepared pan.
05 - Sprinkle top evenly with sprinkles.
06 - Refrigerate 2 hours or until hardened.
07 - Cut into pieces and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Use prepared instant potatoes.
02 - Must chill to set properly.
03 - Keep refrigerated.
