Prawn Infused Gin Fizz (Print)

A vibrant combination of prawn-infused gin, citrus, and soda water with a silky foam finish.

# Ingredients:

→ Cocktail Base

01 - 2 oz prawn-infused gin
02 - 2 medium prawns, shelled and deveined
03 - 1 oz fresh lemon juice
04 - 0.75 oz simple syrup
05 - 1 egg white, optional for foam
06 - 2 oz soda water
07 - ice cubes
08 - lemon twist or prawn skewer, for garnish

# Directions:

01 - In a saucepan, gently warm prawn-infused gin with prawns for about 5 minutes. Cool and strain the infused gin.
02 - Add infused gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using) to a cocktail shaker. Shake without ice for 10 seconds to create foam.
03 - Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
04 - Double strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
05 - Slowly top with soda water over a bar spoon. Stir gently and garnish with a lemon twist or tiny prawn skewer.

# Notes:

01 - For an elevated presentation, consider using fresh or decorative prawns for the garnish.
