Protein Banana Pudding (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pudding Base

01 - 1 cup cottage cheese (low fat)
02 - ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
03 - 2 tablespoons honey
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 3 ripe bananas, sliced
06 - ½ cup (2 scoops) unflavored protein powder

→ Optional Toppings

07 - Vanilla wafers
08 - Banana slices
09 - Whipped cream
10 - Mint leaves for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Combine cottage cheese, yogurt, sliced bananas, honey, protein powder and vanilla in blender. Blend until smooth but don't over-blend.
02 - Layer jars with vanilla wafers, banana pudding, sliced bananas and whipped cream if desired.
03 - Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours.

# Notes:

01 - Slice bananas small for easier blending
02 - Don't over-blend to avoid runny texture
03 - Can adjust protein powder amount
