Using a small cookie scoop, distribute the biscuit batter over the cheese layer. With an offset spatula, gently spread the biscuit dough to cover the pulled pork mixture completely.

Bake for 15 minutes or until the casserole is bubbling and the biscuits have turned golden brown.

Mix melted butter with the reserved seasoning packet. Brush the baked biscuit topping with this garlic butter mixture and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
