Pumpkin Oatmeal Dump Cake (Print)

# Ingredients:

01 - 15 oz pumpkin puree
02 - 12 oz evaporated milk
03 - 3 large eggs
04 - 1 cup granulated sugar
05 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
09 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
10 - 1 box yellow cake mix
11 - 1 cup rolled oats
12 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
13 - 1/2 cup melted butter

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves. Mix until smooth.
03 - Pour the pumpkin mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
04 - Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the pumpkin mixture, followed by the rolled oats and chopped pecans, if using.
05 - Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top.
06 - Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
07 - Let cool slightly before serving.
