Queso Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat Base

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 pound ground sausage
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 teaspoon pepper
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

→ Cheese & Soups

08 - 32 ounces Velveeta cheese
09 - 8 ounces cream cheese
10 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cheddar cheese soup
11 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
12 - 1 can (10.5 oz) tomato soup

→ Add-ins & Garnish

13 - 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
14 - 1 can (16 oz) chili beans, drained
15 - Fresh parsley for garnish
16 - Jalapeño peppers for garnish
17 - Tomatoes for garnish
18 - Tortilla chips for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Brown ground beef and sausage over medium heat until no pink remains. Drain.
02 - Add salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt to meat.
03 - Reduce heat to medium-low. Add Velveeta, cream cheese, and all soups to skillet.
04 - Stir in drained tomatoes and chili beans.
05 - Cook 15-20 minutes until cheese melts, stirring occasionally. Garnish and serve warm with chips.
