# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 450g top sirloin, thinly sliced
02 - 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
03 - 3 bell peppers, sliced into strips
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 500ml chicken broth
06 - 225g tomato sauce
07 - 2 cups instant rice
08 - 1 packet fajita seasoning
09 - Prepared cheese dip (Velveeta or preferred brand), to taste

# Directions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion and bell pepper strips, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened. Add the thinly sliced sirloin and sprinkle with fajita seasoning. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until beef reaches desired doneness.
02 - Stir in the instant rice, tomato sauce, and chicken broth until well combined. Maintain medium heat and bring to a simmer. Cook according to rice package instructions, monitoring liquid levels and adding additional broth if mixture appears too dry.
03 - Once rice is fully cooked and excess liquid has been absorbed, top with warmed cheese dip. Allow cheese to melt throughout the skillet mixture, stirring gently to incorporate.
04 - Portion immediately onto plates while hot. Serve promptly for optimal flavor and texture.
