Fruity, sparkling Raspberry Ginger Ale Punch with fresh raspberries and mint garnish.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
02 - 1/4 cup sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
04 - 4 cups ginger ale, chilled
05 - 2 cups sparkling water
06 - Ice cubes
07 - Fresh mint leaves for garnish, optional

# Directions:

01 - In a blender, purée raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
02 - Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove seeds.
03 - In a large pitcher, combine the raspberry purée with ginger ale and sparkling water.
04 - Stir gently to mix. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
