Raspberry Swirl Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup butter, soft.
02 - 1/2 cup sugar.
03 - 2 cups flour.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
05 - 1/2 cup raspberry jam.
06 - 1/4 cup white chocolate.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
02 - Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla, then mix in flour.
03 - Roll dough 1/4 inch thick. Spread with jam, then roll into log.
04 - Refrigerate log 30 minutes until firm.
05 - Slice into rounds, bake 12-15 minutes until edges golden.
06 - Cool completely, then drizzle with melted white chocolate.

01 - Chill before slicing.
02 - Can add powdered sugar.
03 - Keep slices even.
