08 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
09 - 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
10 - 1/2 cup brown sugar.
11 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
12 - 1 large egg, room temp.
13 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
14 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar.
15 - 1-2 teaspoons red gel coloring.
16 - Frosting:.
17 - 3 ounces cream cheese.
18 - 6 tablespoons butter, softened.
19 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
20 - 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F, line sheets.
02 - Mix dry ingredients.
03 - Cream butter, oil, sugars.
04 - Add egg, vanilla, vinegar, coloring.
05 - Fold in dry ingredients.
06 - Scoop large portions, bake 12-15 minutes.
07 - Cool completely before frosting.
08 - Make frosting, pipe onto cookies.

01 - Use gel coloring not liquid.
02 - Milk powder adds tenderness.
03 - Chill frosting if too soft.
