Reindeer Cheese Ball (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz cream cheese.
02 - 1/3 cup sour cream.
03 - 8 oz cheddar cheese.
04 - 2-3 tablespoons ranch mix.
05 - 2 cups chopped pecans.
06 - Decorations: olives, tomato, pretzels.

# Instructions:

01 - Beat softened cream cheese with sour cream until smooth. Add shredded cheese and ranch mix.
02 - Pour onto plastic wrap, shape into ball. Wrap and chill 4-6 hours.
03 - Roll in chopped pecans until covered.
04 - Add pretzel antlers, olive eyes, and tomato nose. Use toothpicks to secure.
05 - Surround with crackers and herbs if desired.

01 - Let cream cheese soften first.
02 - Decorate just before serving.
03 - Keeps 5-7 days without decorations.
