# Ingredients:

→ Thousand Island Dressing

01 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise (recommended: Dukes)
02 - 2 tablespoons ketchup
03 - 1 tablespoon grated onion
04 - 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
05 - 1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika

→ Reuben Casserole

06 - 6 slices rye or pumpernickel bread, cubed
07 - 1 lb thin-sliced corned beef, cut into bite-size pieces
08 - 16 ounces sauerkraut, well-drained
09 - 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, grated onion, sweet pickle relish, and smoked paprika to create Thousand Island dressing.
03 - Spray a 9×13-inch casserole dish with nonstick spray.
04 - Layer rye bread cubes evenly in the casserole dish.
05 - Add chopped corned beef over the bread layer.
06 - Drizzle Thousand Island dressing evenly over the corned beef layer.
07 - Top with a layer of well-drained sauerkraut.
08 - Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese evenly on top.
