Rotel Sausage Balls

# Ingredients:

1 lb hot sausage, uncooked.

1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened.

1 (10-oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and chilies, drained.

1½ cups Bisquick.

2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend.
# Instructions:

Heat oven to 400°F.

Put all ingredients in stand mixer bowl with dough hook and mix until well combined.

Form 1-inch balls.

Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake 18-20 minutes until brown.

Can freeze before cooking.

Add cooking time if baking frozen.
