Rotel Sausage Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb hot sausage, uncooked.
02 - 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened.
03 - 1 (10-oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and chilies, drained.
04 - 1½ cups Bisquick.
05 - 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F.
02 - Put all ingredients in stand mixer bowl with dough hook and mix until well combined.
03 - Form 1-inch balls.
04 - Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
05 - Bake 18-20 minutes until brown.

# Notes:

01 - Can freeze before cooking.
02 - Add cooking time if baking frozen.
03 - Great for parties.
04 - Works as breakfast or snack.
05 - Can use mild sausage.
06 - Keep leftovers in fridge.
07 - Mix by hand if no stand mixer.
