Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, mix together cooked sausage, cream cheese, and drained Rotel tomatoes and green chilies.

Separate rolls into triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise to create two smaller triangles.

Using a small cookie scoop, place sausage filling onto each crescent roll triangle and roll up.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
