Sheet Pan Sausage Heros (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 green bell pepper, cut into ¾-inch-thick strips
02 - 1 red bell pepper, cut into ¾-inch-thick strips
03 - ½ yellow onion, cut into ¾-inch-thick slices
04 - 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
05 - ½ teaspoon sea salt
06 - 1 (20-ounce) package mild Italian pork sausage, 5 links
07 - 5 hoagie rolls, toasted

→ Honey Mustard Sauce

08 - ⅓ cup mayonnaise
09 - 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
10 - 1 tablespoon honey
11 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F with a rack in the center position.
02 - Place the bell peppers and onion on a large rimmed sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and toss to coat.
03 - Nestle the sausages in between the vegetable and roast until warmed through (or fully cooked, if using raw sausage links), about 30 minutes.
04 - Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, honey, and soy sauce.
05 - To assemble, add the sausages to the hoagie rolls, top with veggies, and drizzle with honey mustard sauce. Serve warm.
