Shrimp Stuffed Salmon Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 salmon fillets, thick and center-cut
02 - 8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
03 - 1/2 cup shrimp, chopped
04 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese
05 - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
08 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
09 - 2 tablespoons butter
10 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix the chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, parsley, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
02 - Cut a slit in the salmon fillets to create a pocket. Stuff the shrimp mixture generously inside the salmon.
03 - In a skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Sear the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
04 - In the same skillet, add the remaining whole shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes until pink.
05 - Place the cooked salmon fillets on a plate. Top with the seared shrimp and spoon any extra sauce from the pan over the top.
