Shrimp Turmeric Lime Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
02 - 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
03 - Sea salt and black pepper to taste
04 - 4 tablespoons butter
05 - 1/4 cup minced shallots
06 - 4 garlic cloves, minced

→ Sauce

07 - 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
08 - 1 1/2 teaspoons fish sauce
09 - 1 lime, zested and juiced
10 - 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro

→ For Serving

11 - Crusty bread, grilled or baked

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high. Pat shrimp dry, season with salt and pepper. Cook 2 minutes per side until just done. Remove to plate.
02 - Add butter, shallots, and garlic to pan. Cook 2-3 minutes until aromatic. Stir in turmeric and fish sauce.
03 - Return shrimp to pan. Add lime zest, juice, and cilantro. Toss to coat well. Serve with crusty bread.
