Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F). Spread the tater tot rounds evenly on a sheet pan and roast for 15 minutes or until crispy.

In a 9x13-inch baking dish, layer the roasted tater tots on the bottom. Pour the ground beef and sloppy joe mixture over the tots, spreading it evenly. Drizzle the nacho cheese over the top.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the assembled casserole. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly.

Turn the oven to the broil setting and broil the casserole for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is golden and slightly crispy. Monitor closely to prevent burning.
