Slow Cooker Beef Queso Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
02 - 2 cans (10 ounces each) diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained
03 - 1 pound ground beef
04 - 1 packet taco seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - Spray inside of slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Brown ground beef over medium heat until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
03 - Add taco seasoning and water according to package directions. Cook until liquid evaporates.
04 - Add seasoned meat, cubed Velveeta cheese, and drained tomatoes with green chiles to slow cooker.
05 - Stir well and cook on low until cheese is completely melted, about 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes.
06 - Keep slow cooker on warm setting during serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
