01 - 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 (18 oz) bottle Sweet Baby Ray’s Hickory & Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce

03 - ⅓ cup light brown sugar
04 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
09 - ¼ teaspoon chipotle chili powder
10 - ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper

# Directions:

01 - Place chicken breasts into the slow cooker.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chipotle chili powder, and white pepper until fully combined.
03 - Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and stir gently to coat evenly.
04 - Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
05 - When chicken is tender and easily shreds with a fork, shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks.
06 - Stir well to ensure the chicken is fully coated in the sauce. Serve warm on buttered, toasted hamburger buns.
