# Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - 450g flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced

→ Cooking Oils and Fats

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Seasonings

03 - 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Pasta

08 - 200g dry pasta (elbow macaroni or preferred shape)

→ Liquids and Sauces

09 - 375ml beef broth
10 - 120ml honey BBQ sauce

→ Dairy

11 - 100g shredded cheddar cheese

→ Herbs

12 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

# Directions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced steak and cook, turning as necessary until evenly browned on all sides, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
02 - Remove steak from the skillet and set aside. In the same pan, add smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir briefly to release aromas.
03 - Introduce dry pasta, beef broth, and honey BBQ sauce to the skillet. Stir to combine, then bring mixture to a boil.
04 - Reduce heat to low, cover the skillet, and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or until pasta is al dente and sauce has thickened.
05 - Return cooked steak to the skillet. Add shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until cheese is fully melted and pasta is coated in sauce.
06 - Remove from heat and sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the pasta just before serving.
