Smores Cookie Dough Roll (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Dough

01 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
02 - ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
03 - ½ cup brown sugar
04 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 egg
07 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
08 - ½ teaspoon salt
09 - 1 cup mini chocolate chips

→ Ice Cream Base

10 - 2 cups heavy cream
11 - 1 cup whole milk
12 - ¾ cup granulated sugar
13 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ S'mores Elements

14 - 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
15 - 1 cup mini marshmallows
16 - ½ cup chocolate chunks or bars

# Instructions:

01 - Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy (2-3 minutes). Add vanilla extract and mix. Gradually incorporate flour and fold in chocolate chips.
02 - Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
03 - Mix heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Churn in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
04 - Once ice cream is ready, fold in chunks of chilled cookie dough and crushed graham crackers.
05 - Spread ice cream mixture into a rectangle on parchment paper, about ½ inch thick. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and marshmallows.
06 - Using parchment paper, carefully roll ice cream into a log. Wrap tightly and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
