S’mores Cookies Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Dough

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
02 - 1 cup light brown sugar
03 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
06 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
07 - 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
08 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
10 - 1 cup milk chocolate chips

→ Toppings

11 - 4-5 ounces milk chocolate bars
12 - 4 graham cracker sheets
13 - 2 cups mini marshmallows

# Instructions:

01 - Cream butter and sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt. Fold in chocolate chips. Chill for 1 hour.
02 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Chop chocolate bars into squares and break graham crackers into pieces.
03 - Scoop 1½-2 tablespoons dough per cookie onto lined baking sheet. Bake 10-11 minutes until lightly golden.
04 - Top warm cookies with chocolate squares, marshmallows, and graham crackers. Optional: broil 1-2 minutes to toast marshmallows.

# Notes:

01 - Dough must be chilled for at least 1 hour
02 - Can broil marshmallows for toasted effect
