01 - 16 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, white or yellow
03 - ½ cup chopped green onions
04 - ½ tsp garlic powder
05 - ¼ tsp black pepper
06 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
07 - ¼ cup chopped parsley or chives (optional for color)

08 - 1 carrot for the snowman’s nose
09 - Black olives for eyes and buttons
10 - Pretzel sticks for arms
11 - Fresh parsley for hair
12 - Crackers, pretzels, or fresh vegetables for serving

# Directions:

01 - In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, chopped green onions, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley. Stir or use a hand mixer until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth.
02 - Refrigerate the mixture for 30–40 minutes to firm up. This will make it easier to mold and shape later.
03 - Divide the mixture into two portions — one larger for the body and a smaller one for the head. Roll each portion into a smooth ball and stack them gently on a serving platter to form the snowman.
04 - Use black olive slices for eyes and buttons, a baby carrot for the nose, and pretzel sticks for the arms. Add fresh parsley or cilantro as hair for a festive touch.
05 - Roll the snowman lightly in shredded mozzarella, coconut flakes, or finely grated Parmesan for a realistic snowy look.
06 - Surround the snowman with crackers, pretzels, or crisp vegetables. Keep refrigerated until serving to maintain its shape.
