11 - 2–3 tablespoons milk
12 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
13 - Holiday sprinkles

# Directions:

01 - Beat softened butter and sugar together until pale, fluffy, and airy to create the foundation of soft cookies.
02 - Add eggs one at a time, then incorporate vanilla extract for warm holiday flavor.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
04 - Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Stir in sour cream to enhance softness.
05 - Cover and refrigerate the dough for 30–60 minutes to improve shape and texture.
06 - Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet with space between each.
07 - Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10–12 minutes until the edges are set but the tops remain pale to preserve softness.
08 - Let cookies cool completely. Prepare the icing by mixing until smooth, then drizzle or spread over cookies. Decorate with festive sprinkles.
