Sourdough Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
02 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
03 - ½ teaspoon salt
04 - ½ cup (113g) butter, room temperature
05 - ½ cup (100g) brown sugar
06 - ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
07 - 2 large eggs, room temperature
08 - 1 tablespoon vanilla
09 - 4 ripe bananas, chopped or mashed
10 - 1 cup sourdough starter

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x5-inch loaf pan with non-stick spray.
02 - Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in medium bowl. Stir with fork to mix. Set aside.
03 - Beat butter and both sugars in large bowl with mixer on medium-high until fully incorporated, about 1-2 minutes.
04 - Mix in eggs, vanilla, and bananas until only a few banana lumps remain. Scrape bowl as needed.
05 - Gently stir in flour mixture and sourdough starter by hand.
06 - Pour into prepared pan. Bake 55-65 minutes until toothpick comes out with crumbs but no wet batter. Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
