Southwest Cream Cheese Chicken Wraps (Print Version)

01 - 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or homemade)
02 - 115g cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
04 - 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
05 - 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)
06 - 1 red bell pepper, diced
07 - 2 green onions, chopped
08 - 1 tablespoon taco seasoning or a mix of chili powder, cumin, and paprika
09 - Salt and black pepper to taste
10 - 4–6 large flour tortillas

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
02 - Add shredded chicken, black beans, corn, bell pepper, and green onions to the bowl. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
03 - Spoon the mixture onto tortillas and roll them up tightly.
04 - Place the wraps seam-side down in a skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
05 - Place wraps on a baking sheet and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 10–12 minutes until warm and lightly crisp.
06 - Slice in half and serve with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
