Spicy Thai Peanut Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Noodles

01 - 8 ounces rice noodles

→ Sauce

02 - 1/4 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
03 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
04 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
05 - 1 tablespoon honey
06 - 1 teaspoon sriracha
07 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
08 - 1 garlic clove, minced
09 - 1/4 cup warm water

→ Garnish

10 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions
11 - Crushed peanuts
12 - Fresh cilantro (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic, and warm water until creamy.
03 - Toss cooked noodles with peanut sauce until fully coated.
04 - Top with chopped green onions, crushed peanuts, and optional fresh cilantro. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Can be stored in refrigerator for 2-3 days
02 - Add water or soy sauce when reheating to restore creaminess
03 - Adjust sriracha amount for desired spice level
