Spinach Artichoke Bagels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 8 bagels (plain, sesame, or everything)
02 - 1½ cups chopped fresh spinach
03 - 1 cup chopped canned artichoke hearts, drained

→ Cheese & Seasonings

04 - 8 oz softened cream cheese
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
09 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
10 - salt and pepper to taste
11 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Sauté spinach in oil until wilted. Mix with artichokes, cheeses, and seasonings.
02 - Split and toast bagels at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.
03 - Spread filling on bagels. Bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes until bubbly.
04 - Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
