Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray 8x5 loaf pan with nonstick spray and line with parchment paper.

Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in medium bowl.

Whisk egg, sugar, and oil in separate bowl until combined.

Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Add buttermilk, vanilla, and mashed bananas.

Pour into pan, top with walnuts. Bake 60-75 minutes until knife comes out clean.
