Starbucks Banana Nut Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
03 - ¼ teaspoon salt
04 - ½ teaspoon cinnamon
05 - 1 egg
06 - 1⅛ cup sugar
07 - ½ cup vegetable oil
08 - 2 tablespoons buttermilk
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
10 - 3 extra ripe bananas
11 - ½ cup chopped walnuts

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray 8x5 loaf pan with nonstick spray and line with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in medium bowl.
03 - Whisk egg, sugar, and oil in separate bowl until combined.
04 - Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Add buttermilk, vanilla, and mashed bananas.
05 - Pour into pan, top with walnuts. Bake 60-75 minutes until knife comes out clean.

# Notes:

01 - Can make buttermilk substitute with milk and vinegar
02 - Freezes well for up to 3 months
