02 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 1 packet taco seasoning or homemade mix
06 - 60 ml water

→ Cheese Sauce

07 - 2 tablespoons butter
08 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
09 - 240 ml whole milk
10 - 170 g shredded cheddar cheese
11 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
12 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Assembly

13 - 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch diameter)
14 - 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
15 - 1 cup shredded lettuce
16 - 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
17 - 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
18 - 1/2 cup sour cream or guacamole for topping

# Directions:

01 - In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and chopped onion. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Stir in ground beef and break it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Add taco seasoning and water, then simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
02 - In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour to create a roux and cook for 1 minute. Slowly pour in milk while whisking constantly. Add cheddar cheese, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
03 - Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Spread a generous spoonful of nacho cheese sauce in the center. Add a layer of seasoned beef. Top with crushed tortilla chips, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes. Drizzle extra cheese sauce or sour cream on top. Fold the sides inward and roll up tightly.
04 - For a crispy finish, place the wrap in a dry skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown.
