Strawberry Cheesecake Cookie Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Cookie Base

01 - 1 cup salted butter, softened
02 - 1 cup brown sugar
03 - ½ cup granulated sugar
04 - 2 eggs
05 - 2 tsp vanilla extract
06 - 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
07 - 1 tsp baking soda
08 - ½ tsp salt
09 - 1 cup finely crushed graham crackers

→ For the Mix-ins and Topping

10 - 1 cup white chocolate chips
11 - 1 Milka Maxx Strawberry Cheesecake bar, chopped
12 - ½–1 oz freeze dried strawberries, finely ground
13 - White chocolate for drizzling (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper and/or spray with baking spray.
02 - Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
03 - Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and crushed graham crackers in a separate bowl.
04 - Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Fold in white chocolate chips and chopped Milka Maxx pieces.
05 - Press half of the dough into the prepared pan. Sprinkle freeze-dried strawberry powder evenly over it.
06 - Top with remaining dough, pressing gently to spread evenly.
07 - Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
08 - Cool completely, then drizzle with white chocolate, if desired. Slice into bars and serve.

# Notes:

01 - If you can't find Milka Maxx Strawberry Cheesecake bars, you can substitute with white chocolate chips and additional freeze-dried strawberries.
02 - For best results when cutting into bars, refrigerate for 30 minutes after they've cooled to room temperature.
03 - Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
