# Ingredients:

→ For the Donuts

01 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
02 - 1 large egg
03 - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
06 - 1 cup warm milk
07 - 2 tablespoons sugar

→ For the Filling

08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
09 - 1/2 cup strawberry jam
10 - 1 cup softened cream cheese
11 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar

→ For the Glaze

12 - 2 tablespoons milk
13 - 1 cup powdered sugar
14 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the flour, salt, melted butter, and egg in a mixing bowl. Add the sugar and pour in the foamy yeast mixture prepared by combining warm milk, yeast, and a small amount of sugar (let rest for 5 minutes until bubbly). Knead the mixture by hand until the dough is smooth, then allow it to rise until doubled in size.
02 - Roll the dough on a floured surface to 1.25 cm thickness. Cut out donut shapes and let them rise again. Fry the donuts in hot oil (375°F/190°C) until golden brown on both sides. Drain excess oil with paper towels.
03 - Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the strawberry jam gently, leaving streaks for a decorative appearance.
04 - Once the donuts have cooled completely, create a small hole on the side of each donut. Use a piping bag to fill the donuts with the strawberry-cream mixture.
05 - Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until the glaze is smooth and runny. Drizzle over the filled donuts and let the glaze set before serving.
