Fresh berries and a smooth whipped topping create the perfect no-bake dessert for any occasion.

# Ingredients:

→ Pie Crust

01 - 6 ounce premade graham cracker pie crust

→ Gelatin Mixture

02 - 3 ounce strawberry flavored instant gelatin
03 - 0.25 ounce pouch unflavored gelatin
04 - ½ cup boiling water
05 - ½ cup cold water
06 - ¼ cup crushed ice

→ Filling

07 - 8 ounce container cool whip, thawed
08 - 1¾ cup washed, hulled, dried, and chopped strawberries (+ 4 halved whole strawberries for optional garnish)

→ Topping (Optional)

09 - Canned whipped topping

# Directions:

01 - Using a medium heat-safe mixing bowl, add the strawberry jello powder. Pour the ½ cup of boiling water over the jello and stir until completely dissolved.
02 - Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the cold water. Allow the gelatin to dissolve and bloom.
03 - Pour the bloomed gelatin into the dissolved strawberry jello mixture and whisk to completely combine.
04 - Stir in the crushed ice and stir until the ice is completely melted.
05 - Sprinkle ¾ cup of the chopped strawberries into the bottom of the premade graham cracker crust.
06 - Fold in the thawed cool whip and remaining 1 cup of chopped strawberries with the jello mixture. Evenly spread the cool whip and jello mixture into the premade crust.
07 - Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Slice the pie into 8 slices. Before serving, garnish each slice with canned whipped topping and a halved strawberry, if desired.

# Notes:

01 - It is important to thoroughly pat dry the hulled, chopped strawberries before folding them into the pie.
02 - Fresh blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries can be added for variety.
03 - Ensure at least 4 hours of chilling time for the pie to set properly.
