Strawberry Fluff Salad (Print)
Creamy strawberry dessert with fresh berries, pineapple, and marshmallows folded into a light, fluffy Jell-O base.

85g (3 oz) strawberry Jell-O powder

240ml (1 cup) hot water

120ml (1/2 cup) cold water

96g (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

226g (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

680g (24 oz) fresh strawberries, hulled, halved and sliced

567g (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

283g (10 oz) mini marshmallows

In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jell-O powder in hot water, stirring until completely dissolved. Add cold water and stir to combine. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until slightly thickened but not set.

Whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix into the chilled Jell-O mixture until well combined. Return to refrigerator for another 15-20 minutes.

Remove from refrigerator and gently fold in the whipped topping using a rubber spatula until no white streaks remain.

Fold in the sliced strawberries, drained crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the salad to set properly and flavors to meld together.
