Strawberry Fluff Salad (Print)

Creamy strawberry dessert with fresh berries, pineapple, and marshmallows folded into a light, fluffy Jell-O base.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 85g (3 oz) strawberry Jell-O powder
02 - 240ml (1 cup) hot water
03 - 120ml (1/2 cup) cold water
04 - 96g (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

→ Mix-ins

05 - 226g (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
06 - 680g (24 oz) fresh strawberries, hulled, halved and sliced
07 - 567g (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
08 - 283g (10 oz) mini marshmallows

# Directions:

01 - In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jell-O powder in hot water, stirring until completely dissolved. Add cold water and stir to combine. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until slightly thickened but not set.
02 - Whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix into the chilled Jell-O mixture until well combined. Return to refrigerator for another 15-20 minutes.
03 - Remove from refrigerator and gently fold in the whipped topping using a rubber spatula until no white streaks remain.
04 - Fold in the sliced strawberries, drained crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
05 - Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the salad to set properly and flavors to meld together.

01 - This dessert salad tastes even better when made a day ahead, allowing all flavors to fully develop.
