# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened.
02 - 2 large eggs, room temperature.
03 - 3 cups all-purpose flour.
04 - 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
05 - 2 teaspoons baking powder.
06 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
07 - 2 teaspoons cream of tartar.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
09 - 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar.
10 - 6 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberry powder.
11 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
12 - 1 teaspoon strawberry extract.
13 - 1/2 teaspoon red gel coloring.
14 - Coating: 1/2 cup sparkling sugar.
15 - Coating: 1 tablespoon freeze-dried strawberry powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Blend freeze-dried strawberries to make powder.
02 - Combine sparkling sugar and strawberry powder for coating.
03 - Cream butter and granulated sugar together for 3 minutes.
04 - Mix in eggs, extracts, and red gel coloring.
05 - Mix all dry ingredients (flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, salt) separately.
06 - Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing just until incorporated.
07 - Chill dough in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
08 - Scoop dough into balls and roll in the strawberry sugar mixture.
09 - Bake cookies at 350°F for 10 minutes until edges are set.
