Stuffed Pepperoni Pizza Bites (Print)

Cheesy pepperoni-stuffed bites with savory seasonings and a crispy golden crust.

# Ingredients:

→ Pizza Bites

01 - 450 g pizza dough
02 - 120–140 g pepperoni slices
03 - 225 g mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes or thick shreds
04 - ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara, plus more for dipping
05 - 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
06 - 1 tsp garlic powder
07 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
08 - ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes, optional
09 - Salt to taste

→ For Finishing (Optional but Recommended)

10 - 2–3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
11 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or basil

# Directions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly flour your work surface and roll the pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼-inch thick. Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut the dough into evenly sized squares roughly 6 to 8 cm each.
02 - Place a small spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each dough square. Add a cube of mozzarella cheese and 1–2 pepperoni slices on top of the sauce. Be careful not to overfill as too much filling can cause the bites to burst open during baking.
03 - Gently pull the corners of each dough square up and over the filling, pinching tightly to seal. Roll each sealed piece between your palms to form a smooth ball, making sure the seam is well closed. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Brush the tops of the dough balls with olive oil or melted butter. Sprinkle evenly with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes (if using), and a light pinch of salt.
05 - Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the pizza bites are puffed, golden brown, and fully cooked through. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan and fresh herbs, if desired.
06 - Let the bites cool for a few minutes, then serve warm with extra pizza sauce, marinara, or ranch dressing for dipping.

01 - To avoid uneven cooking, ensure all dough pieces are of similar size.
