Stuffed Turkey Meatballs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meatballs

01 - 1 pound ground turkey
02 - 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
05 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1 large egg
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Stuffing and Cooking

10 - 12 small mozzarella balls (or 1 cup cubed)
11 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Combine turkey, spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, and seasonings in large bowl until well mixed.
02 - Flatten portion of mixture, place mozzarella in center, wrap and roll into ball. Repeat with remaining mixture.
03 - Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs 2-3 minutes per side.
04 - Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
