Sweet Jalapeno Pork (Print)

Succulent pork tenderloin pieces tossed in a sweet and spicy jalapeno honey glaze with a hint of lime and garlic.

# Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - 450g pork tenderloin, cut into 2.5cm pieces

→ Sauce Base

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 60g diced jalapeños (seeds removed for less heat)
04 - 60ml honey
05 - 60ml soy sauce
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
08 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Garnish

10 - Fresh cilantro, chopped

# Directions:

01 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
02 - In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and diced jalapeños. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
03 - Add the honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and lime juice. Stir to combine, bringing the sauce to a simmer for 3-4 minutes until it thickens.
04 - Return the cooked pork to the skillet and toss to coat in the jalapeño glaze. Let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to absorb the flavors. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For a milder version, reduce the amount of jalapeños or use bell peppers instead.
