In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and diced jalapeños. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and lime juice. Stir to combine, bringing the sauce to a simmer for 3-4 minutes until it thickens.

Return the cooked pork to the skillet and toss to coat in the jalapeño glaze. Let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to absorb the flavors. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
