# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 1 large egg
06 - 3/4 cup milk
07 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Directions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until evenly combined.
02 - In a separate bowl, beat the egg, then mix in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
03 - Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until the batter is smooth. Do not overmix.
04 - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Scoop portions of batter onto the skillet, spreading them into round shapes. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
