Sweet Potato Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 large sweet potatoes.
02 - 1 cup light brown sugar.
03 - 1/2 cup butter, melted.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg.
08 - 10 ounces mini marshmallows.

# Instructions:

01 - Peel and chunk sweet potatoes, boil until tender.
02 - Mash potatoes thoroughly.
03 - Mix in butter, sugar, and seasonings.
04 - Spread in greased 9x13 dish.
05 - Top with marshmallows.
06 - Bake at 350°F for 25-35 minutes.
07 - Watch for golden brown marshmallows.
