Quick, creamy raspberry and chocolate quesadilla with crispy texture. Perfect indulgence any time.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
03 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
04 - 1/2 cup raspberry jam
05 - 5 chocolate chip cookies, coarsely chopped

→ Wrap

06 - 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas

→ Topping

07 - Butter or cooking spray
08 - 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
09 - Fresh raspberries (optional, for serving)

# Directions:

01 - In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth and well combined.
02 - Spread the cream cheese mixture over half of each tortilla. Add a layer of raspberry jam on top. Sprinkle chopped cookies evenly over the jam. Fold each tortilla in half to form a quesadilla.
03 - Lightly coat both sides of each quesadilla with butter or cooking spray and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each quesadilla for about 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.
04 - Remove the quesadillas from the skillet and cut into wedges. Serve warm with fresh raspberries if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Reheat in a skillet or oven to maintain crispiness instead of using a microwave.
02 - Avoid overfilling the quesadillas to prevent leaking during cooking.
